Overview
Work closely with the HR team to manage day-to-day employee operations while conducting research on HR best practices, engagement programs, and process improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- •Maintain and organize employee records (HRIS)
- •Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling
- •Coordinate onboarding and exit formalities
- •Draft and update HR policies and documentation
- •Run research on HR trends and engagement initiatives
- •Support performance review cycles and feedback collection
- •Prepare HR reports using Excel/Sheets
- •Assist with compliance documentation as guided
- •Plan and support employee engagement activities and surveys
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams for people ops projects
Minimum Qualifications
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- •Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- •Basic understanding of HR concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- •Familiarity with Indian labor laws
- •Experience with HR tools (HRIS/ATS)
- •Prior internship or campus HR experience
